His carrier started in the mid 2006 at Jains Housing and Construction ltd a

well know construction firm in the Southern India, there he was responsible

of Marketing and Purchase. Later in 2009 he ventured into his first business of

automobiles and today he has been a part of the group who are into diversified

business of Construction, Automobiles, Packaging, Trading and IT and hold a very

strong post in the group and control the business in a very professionally.

Young and energetic, this young visionary brings to the team excellent business

acumen, strong systemization, Professionalism and a very strong marketing

expertise.

P.Vijai Kumar – Managing Director (ICIPL)

Bringing with him over 15 years of professional experience, 8 of which was spent in

real estate, Vijai Kumar P, the Managing Director of ICIPL is the mastermind behind

its formation. Brilliant and dynamic, he brings to the table, all operational expertise

required, design verification and validation, FMEA, product development, process

planning, budget & cost control, vendor development, quality systems and project

management.

Sujatha. V – Creative Director (ICIPL)

Having more than 15 years of professional experience in the fields of Information

Technology, Design & interiors, Sujatha V is the Creative Director of ICIPL. In 2006,

she turned entrepreneur with the launch of Intouch, a highly successful interiors

design house. She also launched a unique furniture boutique exclusively for kids

in 2009. She is the creative face of the team and brings to the table her intuitive

capabilities and high-end technical know-how

Ramjee Narashiman – Partner (ICIPL Estates)

He has worked for Tier one IT organizations as well as MNCs in Singapore, Japan,

Malaysia, Thailand and UK for many fortune clients.

Prior to starting InDemand, PBN was heading the CRM Practice for a major software

company in Chennai. PBN has a degree in Engineering and Senior Management

Program from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata and Post Graduate

program in Foreign Trade Management.
